April 3rd, 2003 - Crackhead Records is proud to announce the signing of the crazy grindcore metalheads, With Anger. They will be playing a show at Poolesville High School on May 9th.

April 2nd, 2003 - Been a while since I bothered to update this. Yeah, Fifty Foot Midget has a show on the 26th with Point Blank, The Bowlcuts, and the Gamma Rays. They'll also be recording a few new songs for a possible EP this weekend. Hobojew will be recording a full-length in the next couple weeks, and are desperate for shows!

January 2nd, 2003 - Hobojew did not get to record during Winter Break like planned, mainly due to the fact that I could barely talk, let alone scream the vocals, for half of the break. Good news, however, is we have started recording today, and will be doing so over the next couple weeks until...we finish. Don't forget about Fifty Foot Midget's show on January 31st at the Electric Maid. It'll hopefully be a big group of us going to support the guys (it better be, dammit!), so if you need someone to go with, meet up with us or something.

December 17th, 2002 - Fifty Foot Midget's debut EP is finally available! You can get it from the band for $2, or e-mail Mark or myself and we'll hook you up. Hobojew will be recording an EP of some sort during Winter Break. Rumor has it that it may be combined with a few new Fifty Foot Midget songs for a split, but that isn't for sure yet. Don't forget about the show on January 31st at the Electric Maid. $5 at 7 pm, right across the street from the Takoma metro stop.

December 1st, 2002 - Hey! Stuff's actually happening. On the downloads page, I've added an MP3 for Fifty Foot Midget's new song, Why Live If You're Afraid To Die. It's off their upcoming 4-song EP, which they'll be selling at their upcoming SHOW on January 31st at the Electric Maid. They're playing with Double Standard, The Mauvities, and Funktastic 4. That's about it from Fifty Foot Midget, er, Crackhead Records. Hopefully now that Mark's out of driving school, Hobojew will start doing stuff again. We're scheduled to record in February, but we'll probably have some sort of demo before then. That's all for now. Go talk on the message board now, it's dying. And death isn't funny (unless it's your head on a stick).

November 5th, 2002 - Yeah, the show sucked. Thanks to the few who actually came out. Fuck the rest of you. That's the only news I got. No new poll. Go to the message board, I don't feel like making a link here. If you're sorry for not coming to the show, donations are being accepted to the left. That's it.

October 28th, 2002 - Finally, a new show has been scheduled. It's this Saturday at that pool house on the corner of 118 and Richter Farm Road. Starts at 3 pm, ends around 5:30. $5. Lineup is Hobojew, Point Blank, and Fifty Foot Midget headlining. Apparently only 40 people are allowed to come, so buy your tickets by calling Mark (301-540-2708) and letting him know. Hobojew has gotten a new guitarist. Dave was forced to leave the band after it was determined he had too much of a life. So replacing him is Pat, some dude from school. He's a cool guy...Also added a new poll. Vote, and don't forget to comment. I made comments available for a reason. Entertain me!

September 18th, 2002 - Finally updated the site. The Puppet Jack CD has been completed, and is now available for $4. Includes 12 songs. Tracklisting on the New Releases page. Fifty Foot Midget still isn't done with their full-length. Mark recorded the rest of his vocals the other day. No date on when they'll finally be done. Sergio and Me is pretty much dead. No one really cares anyway, though. Hobojew (my band) now has a subpage. Sergio has quit Point Blank, and I think they might have a horn section now. Not sure on that, but...yeah. Still extremely unmotivated. Finally added the Family page.

August 3rd, 2002 - Sorry for not keeping the site up to date, but not too much has been going on. But yeah, tonight I got the pleasure to see Fifty Foot Midget play a full set for the first time in....a long time. And let me just say, they fucking ROCKED. Full review to the left (I'm a moron, it took me 5 seconds to figure out if it was to the left or the right). But other than that, no more has been recorded for the Antidisestablishmentarianism, but they should be recording more vocals sometime next week. And finally an update on the show I was planning...not happening. At least, not with the county. If I'm gonna do it, it's not gonna be at some rented rec center or anything like that, it's gonna be independent, or it's gonna suck. Or both, ya never know. The message board is still down, I'll have a new one soon, I promise! In the meantime, check out the board at the Fifty Foot Midget website.

July 16th, 2002 - Just an update on the Fifty Foot Midget recording sessions. The band now has all their songs down on the guitar and bass, and have started to record the vocals. Other than that, I'm working to schedule a show by the end of the month. I'm looking into the Rec. Center in Kingsview at the moment. Hopefully I'll have some more news for ya on that this week. That's about it. Hope ya guys like the new design!

July 3rd, 2002 - Fifty Foot Midget laid down the guitar and bass for about half their CD. The songs recorded were Soundcheck, You Suck (Dedicated to Plan Nine USA), Antidisestablishmentarianism, Show Me The Right Way, Heather, and Trust. The band hopes to put down the geets for the rest of the CD sometime this weekend, and soon after the vocals and drums. As soon as I get some sort of completed song, I'll be sure to post it for all to hear.

July 1st, 2002 - Yeah, sorry for the lack of news this summer, but nothing's really been going on. Fifty Foot Midget will FINALLY get to recording some stuff this Wednesday, and I'll be there to let you peeps know how it's goin down. In other news, I'm working on starting a band at the moment with Sergio and Brother Tim. We jammed on Saturday, and kinda got 2 songs going, so hopefully that'll come together. And finally, a new band, Sergio & Me, is going to be recording soon (hopefully). The band consists of Sergio on guitar and Mark (Fifty Foot Midget) on drums. Think AFI....yeah, that's about it. So, look for some kind of update on Wednesday or Thursday with news on Fifty Foot Midget, and a sub-page for Sergio & Me.

June 13th, 2002 (again) - Moved the website over to Tripod. If you're seeing pop-up ads, click here and download the Pop-Up Stopper Companion to get rid of them.

June 13th, 2002 - Just a heads-up, I'm thinking about moving servers to one with FTP access and more space. Unfortunately, that means pop-up ads, right? WRONG! I can't stop them, but you can. For the love of God, Allah, Jebus, Blarg, or whatever you worship, if you worship at all, go here and download the Pop-Up Stopper Companion. It gets rid of most pop-up banners, so you all won't have to worry about them when I move servers.

June 12th, 2002 - A track listing for the upcoming Fifty Foot Midget CD, Antidisestablishmentarianism, has been released by the band. I just got my hands on the demo tape they recorded a few days ago, and let me tell you, you won't be dissapointed (unless you don't like them, of course...). Anyway, the track listing is on their subpage.

June 11th, 2002 - Added a real picture of Point Blank. Also, in case the website goes down again (which wouldn't suprise me, Yahoo'll probably buy it out in a matter of months, like they do with everything), I made an e-mail list you can join to find out what's up with the site. June 8th, 2002 - Fifty Foot Midget will be recording their debut EP, "Attack of the Fifty Foot Midget," starting the week of June 17th. The band has at least 13 songs ready to record. A track listing should be available soon.

June 4th, 2002 - BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - Crackhead Records is proud to announce that we now have a producer lined-up for our bands to finally record something. His name is Nate Blanchard, and he goes to our school and stuff. Look for that sweet crackhead rock coming soon to your headphones and your stereo speakers!

June 3rd, 2002 - The website is up, after a full day of working on it. Probably some problems. If there are, lemme know and they'll be fixed.
